Issue with documents
A number of our customers are currently having issues viewing their insurance documents on our site. We’ve found the problem is due to some customers using a version of Internet Explorer 8. If you use another browser (i.e. Firefox or Chrome) you can view your documents online and print them off. We’re currently looking into how we can fix this issue with Internet Explorer 8 and we’ll keep you posted on our progress.
