COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Quotemehappy.com has partnered with a number of regional commercial radio stations and websites to give away Advanced Driving Courses as competition prizes. These terms and conditions apply for those who have entered or are considering entering one of the competitions.

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Quotemehappy.com Advanced Driving Course Giveaway (“the Promotion”) and entry to the Promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions. Therefore please read these carefully.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
3. The Promotion is only available to United Kingdom residents over the age of 21. Entrants must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and own a roadworthy car with valid MOT and insurance certificates.
4. The promoter of this Promotion is Aviva, 8 Surrey Street, Norwich, NR1 3NS (“the Promoter”).
5. The Promotion is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of the Promoter, its agencies, its group companies or anyone else connected with the Promotion.
6. Only one entry per person will be accepted per contest. There will be a total of 15 contests during the course of the Promotion: 10 on the radio; 5 online (collectively “the Contests”)
7. To enter the Promotion, please answer a qualifying question about Christmas songs.
8. The closing date and time of each Contest will be specified by the individual media partners (“the Closing Dates”). Entries received after any specified Closing Date shall not be processed.
9. The winner will be chosen at random from the pool of correct responses to any particular qualifying question on Christmas songs (“the Winner”) on a date determined by the particular media partner.
10. There shall only be one Winner per Contest – 15 Winners in total during the course of the Promotion.
11. Each Winner will receive a half-day’s Advanced Driving Course in the form of a voucher (“the Prize”) within 28 days of notification. The Prize is subject to availability. The Winners must redeem the voucher on the website www.driverskills.com for a course at a choice of venues. The vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of issue and the voucher are not extendable beyond the expiry date displayed on its face. DriverSkills Limited may require the Winners to sign a disclaimer before beginning the course.
12. The Winners will be notified by e-mail/post/telephone by the Promoter within 10 days of the Closing Dates for the Promotion and given details of how to claim their Prizes. If any Winner does not respond to such e-mail/ mailing/telephone call from the Promoter within 21 days of the time of notification, then that Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the e-mail sent to them by the Promoter within 21 days of that e-mail being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize).
13. The Promoter may ask the Winner to provide proof of age and/or country of residence.
14. The Winners agree to take part in post-Promotion activity.
15. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
16. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and that are not specifically included in the Prize, including travel to and from the course.
17. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
20. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
21. The decision of the Promoter is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence relating to its decision.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
23. The names of the Winners for the Promotion will be available upon request for 6 weeks after the Winners have been notified by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to; Quotemehappy.com Advanced Driving Course Giveaway, Aviva, 8 Surrey Street, Norwich, NR1 3NS. The Winners agree to have their name and county and their winning entries disclosed for this purpose.
