The team on this number can only help with claims related questions. For all other questions please email us.
Or use our handy iPhone app:

*0844 numbers are charged at 4p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks may vary. For our joint protection telephone calls may be recorded and/or monitored.
We'll be able to help you faster if you have some or all of these details to hand when you get in touch:
- Your policy number
- The registration number of your car and any other cars involved
- The names and addresses of anyone else in the incident, including your passengers
- Specifics about what happened and the damage to your car
- Reference numbers from the police, if they were on the scene.
What next?
We'll tell you exactly what you're covered for, what we'll do next and by when. Then we'll start sorting things out for you straight away. This could mean getting you home safe and sound and making sure your car's fixed fast by our repair experts. They'll keep you updated while fixing your car, and our repairs are guaranteed for three years.
And if it's just your glass that needs fixing, your excess will cover it and your no claims discount will be safe. (If you decide to use your own supplier for glass, we'll contribute £50 towards your costs.)

If you’re covered we’ll take care of things and organise any repairs or replacement, or make a payment, less the excess. Even if we can’t confirm that you’re covered straight away, we’ll still help you organise repairs. If it turns out that you aren’t covered though, you’ll need to pay any charges.
