Sorry to hear you're thinking about cancelling your policy.

It's best to do this online through your My Account - otherwise we'll have to charge you an administration fee. Just:

• Log in to your My account
• Go to 'My policies'
• Choose 'Cancel'

Then you need to:

• If your policy hasn’t started yet, please make sure your 'effective date of cancellation' is the same date as your policy's start date: (dd/mm/yyyy).
• Tick the box to surrender your Certificate of Insurance.
