What happens if I’ve forgotten my password?
The answer
If you've forgotten your password, just go to the Log in to My account section and click on the 'forgotten password' option and answer a few security questions. You’ll then be emailed a temporary password which you can change when you next login. Once you receive this email please type in your new temporary password, don’t copy and paste it in to the password field.
