If you're having trouble logging into your My account we can suggest a couple of things to try. How you do it depends on whether you've registered yet.
If you've already registered
If you've registered already, just go to the Log in to My account section and fill in your email address and the password you used when you registered.
If you've forgotten your password, just click on the 'forgotten password' option and answer a few security questions. We'll reset your password and send you a new one by email.
If you haven't registered yet
Just go to the My account page and fill in your details in the 'Register for My account' section. You'll need your policy number, your surname, your date of birth and your post code. Then we'll send you a password you can use to log in whenever you like.
