We apply administration and cancellation fees and charges under certain circumstances as shown in the following table:

If your car's damaged in an accident or through vandalism, we'll arrange to have it fixed and guarantee the work for up to three years. If we can't fix it, we'll either pay to replace it or pay you cash up to its market value.
If your car's lost or stolen, we'll either pay to replace it or pay you cash up to its market value.
We will replace your car with a new one of the same make model and specification if your car is damaged beyond economical repair or stolen and not recovered and you bought your car from new within the past 12 months.
If you have been in an accident and your car cannot be driven we will recover your car and take it to one of our approved repairers. We will also take you and your passengers home.
A courtesy car is provided subject to availability to reduce your inconvenience and where possible ensure you remain mobile.
We'll cover you for:
If your car's damaged by fire, we'll arrange to get it fixed if possible. If it's not fixable, we'll either pay to replace it or pay you cash up to its market value.
We’ll cover damage to or theft for audio equipment either up to £500 or £1000 depending on your policy, please check your policy schedule for details on your cover limit.
We'll cover you to drive other people's cars, as long as you have their permission and you're over 25.
If you are claiming for damage to or theft of your car, we'll also provide cover for up to £150 of personal belongings such as handbags or sunglasses.
If you have a damaged window, windscreen or sunroof, we'll repair it (£10 excess) or replace it (£115 excess) and if you use one of our approved repairers the most we will pay will be the market value of your car at the time of the loss. If you use one of your own repairers the claim will be limited to £50.
We provide a comprehensive cover when you travel abroad to any of the following European countries if your trip's less than 90 days.
Republic of Ireland, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy (including San Marino and the Vatican City), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland (including Liechtenstein).
If you have an accident, we'll send someone out to either fix your car or take it to one of our approved garages.
As standard you’ll receive £2,500 cover each, for you, your partner and named drivers.
