If your car's damaged in an accident or through vandalism, we'll arrange to have it fixed and guarantee the work for up to three years. If we can't fix it, we'll either pay to replace it or pay you cash up to its market value.

We will replace your car with a new one of the same make model and specification if your car is damaged beyond economical repair or stolen and not recovered and you bought your car from new within the past 12 months.

If you have child seat(s) fitted in your car at the time it’s involved in an accident or damaged following fire or theft, we’ll pay for the cost of replacement even if there is no apparent damage.

If you use one of your own repairers the claim will be limited to £50.
