We offer two levels of cover to suit your needs: Essentials and Plus.

We'll refund your excess if you're in an accident with an uninsured driver, that wasn't your fault. You'll need to provide us with details of the other vehicle and driver.
A courtesy car is provided subject to availability to reduce your inconvenience and where possible ensure you remain mobile.
Personal accident covers you for loss of, or permanent loss of use of, a limb, irrecoverable loss of sight in one or both eyes, permanent loss of hearing in one or both ears, or for death following an incident in the insured car. With essentials, this is included as standard and provides £1,000 for you, your partner and named drivers if you/they are injured. With Plus, the standard cover increases to £2,500. There is also the option to buy increased personal accident cover.
If your ignition keys are lost or stolen we'll pay up to £100 on Essentials or up to £300 on Plus towards the cost of replacing the affected locks, lock transmitter and central locking interface and affected parts of the alarm and/or immobiliser.
Essentials does not include any cover for glass only claims – this means there is no cover should you have any damage to your car that only affects glass such as your windscreen, windows or sunroof glass. However, if your glass is damaged in an accident, we'll replace it as part of your overall car repair.
With Plus, if you have a damaged window or windscreen, we'll repair it or replace it through our approved repairers. If you use an approved repairer, you will need to pay an excess of (£15 excess) for glass repair and an excess of (£125 for glass replacement. If you choose to use a non-approved repairer, the most we will pay for either repair or replacement is a limit of £50.
With Plus, if you have damaged glass that forms part of your car's roof (including sunroofs and panoramic roofs), your policy excess will be payable.
With Plus, we will replace your car with a new one of the same make model and specification if your car is damaged beyond economical repair or stolen and not recovered and you bought your car from new within the past 12 months. If your car was sold as ex-demonstrator or nearly new, the cover does not extend to it and the most we will pay is to the market value of your car.
There is no replacement of new car cover with Essentials.
With Plus, we provide a comprehensive cover when you travel abroad to any of the following European countries if your trip's less than 90 days and not exceeding a total of six months in any period of insurance .
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Monaco), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy (including San Marino and the Vatican City), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland (including Liechtenstein).
With Essentials, we only provide third party only cover in these European countries, regardless of trip length.
With Plus, if you are claiming for damage to or theft of your car, we’ll cover personal belongings, such as handbags, sunglasses or portable audio equipment, up to £150. For portable audio equipment, the limit is lower than for fixed audio equipment cover.
There is no cover for personal belongings with Essentials.
We apply administration and cancellation fees and charges under certain circumstances as shown in the following table:

If your car's damaged in an accident or through vandalism, we'll arrange to have it fixed and guarantee the work (excluding parts - see terms and conditions) for as long as you continuously insure your car with us.
If we can't fix it, we'll either pay to replace it or pay you cash up to its market value. Excess will be deducted from any payment made.
If your car's lost or stolen, we'll either pay to replace it or pay you cash up to its market value. This cover applies only if your car isn’t recovered or if it is recovered but is not repairable.
If you've been in an accident and your car cannot be driven, we'll recover your car and take it to one of our approved repairers. We'll also take you and your passengers home or to your intended destination or pay up to £150 for overnight accommodation or public transport. Geographical restrictions apply.
We'll cover you for:
If your car's damaged by fire, we'll arrange to get it fixed if possible. If it's not fixable, we'll either pay to replace it or pay you cash up to its market value.
Audio equipment permanently fixed in your vehicle is covered as part of your vehicle’s accessories. If this was fitted by the vehicle manufacturer, then cover is Unlimited, otherwise there is a £1,000 limit.
For portable audio equipment that is not permanently fixed in your vehicle, please see the Personal belongings cover that is included with Plus.
We’ll cover the main policyholder to drive other people’s cars, as long as you have their permission, still have your car and you’re over 25 when you purchase or renew the policy. This is third party only cover - it won't cover loss or damage of the car you're driving.
If you have an accident and your car is not drivable, we'll send someone out to either fix your car or take it to one of our approved garages.
